How can financial disputes be resolved effectively?

The programme includes:

Opening with representatives of FLAE UWr and invited international guests;
Panel I – Alternative Dispute Resolution in the financial market – Comparative Perspectives from Selected Countries;
Panel II – The future of ADR in the financial sector – a European perspective (Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy);
Two discussion panels with judges, legal practitioners, mediators, financial institutions, and consumer protection bodies;
 Panel III – Judicial and out-of-court resolution of disputes between customers and financial market entities – current issues in light of practice;
Panel IV – Challenges and recommendations for the dispute resolution system in the financial market in Poland

Organised by the Institute of Economic Sciences, FLAE UWr and SKN REK-FIN in cooperation with KU Leuven.
