Objective:
Course is designed to provide knowledge how to manage the personal department at any organization which includes recruiting, posting, training and firing of non-performing employees.
The aim:
Learn how to manage people, group processes and organizational design.
Learn how to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities within organization.
Acquired knowledge:
Enable students to recognize the opportiunities and challenges facing contemporary management.
Learn how HRM is response to internal and external factors.
Acquired skills:
Developing managerial skills in motivation and leadership.
Developing managerial skills in cooperation.
Developed reflection:
Understanding of diversity, organizational culture and structure.
Understanding management challenges and roles in multinational business.
Assessment:
The final grade consists of: exam ( 20% ), term papers ( 10% ), case studies ( 20% ), class activity ( 10% ), student own work ( 30% ).
