Objective:

The main goal is to help students gain knowledge of the concepts and processes of entrepreneurship.

The aim:

The goal of this lecture is to present historical and modern entrepreneurship theories.
This course provides students an understanding of the challenges and risks for the enterprises.

Acquired knowledge:

Student knows the role of entrepreneurship within society.
Student can explain the ethical, legal and social issues of enterprise activity.

Acquired skills:

Student is skilled in analysing business structures.
Student is able to describe influence of taxation on business decisions.

Developed reflection:

Student is able to define and to solve business problems.
Student is aware of the impact of economic system on business activity.

Assessment:

The final grade consists of: exam ( 40% ), student own work ( 40% ).
