The course provides an outline of principles of criminal law and criminal liability as well as information on the basic concepts of criminal act and punishment. It also presents a comparative perspective on criminal law. Scope of discussed topics: notion of criminal law and criminal liability, principles of criminal law, objectives of criminal law, concepts of punishment, comparative criminal law.
