1. General characteristics of Polish civil law;
2. Persons;
3. Juridical acts;
4. Obligations with particular view on contractual obligations. Sale contract in Polish law and rules on contracts for the international sale of goods;
5. Harmonization of contract law;
6. Ownership and other real rights. Transfer of immovables. Land and mortgage registers;
7. Succession;
8. Intellectual property law.
