General principles of EU law; EU institutions; EU internal market law; From Internal Market to Economic and Monetary Union; European economic citizenship; Non-EU citizens free-movement in the EU; Equal treatment and non-discrimination; Free movement of goods: duties, charges, and taxes, quantitative restrictions; Free movement of capital and Economic and Monetary Union; Free movement of workers, Freedom of establishment and to provide services; Freedom to provide services & medical services; cross-border patients’ rights; Common rules on competition; Union policies e.g. environment, public health, consumer protection, etc.Assessment method: Term paper (homework)
