Lecture
Number of hours:  2h X 15 weeks = 30 hours (1 semester)

Objective: 
The main objective is to develop student’s knowledge and skills in the understanding of the domestic and EU legal framework, and of specific legal areas relating to business. Students will be able to apply various legal theories to factual situations, and learn how to evaluate issues of legal significance in business transactions.

Contents: 
Constitutional basis for economic activity; EU internal market law; Commercial law; Law of contracts; The formation and constitution of business organizations; Competition law and consumer protection; Direct taxation of businesses; Indirect taxation of businesses; Insolvency law; Public administration and businesses.
