Biography of the Professor
Professor in the Institute of Administrative Studies at the University of Wroclaw. Member of ReNEUAL (Research Network on European Union Administrative Law). His interest are in comparative public administration, administrative law and public management, and he has published extensively in these areas.

Home-taken final exam in the form of an essay discussing one of the topics listed below.
