Objective:
Course is designed to provide knowledge about leadership and fundamental concepts of management in organisation.
The aim:
Increase competencies in the skills essential for effective leadership.
Develop leadership and team abilities.
Acquired knowledge:
Explore the knowledge base and skills necessary to be effective leader in variety of settings.
Develope knowledge of the skills required by organisational leaders.
Acquired skills:
Recognize, analyze, and articulate challanges facing modern organisations.
Critical understanding mechanism of modern power.
Developed reflection:
Ability to analyze and apply leadership theories, models, and concepts in practise.
Identify and describe leadership role within principles of management.
Assessment:
The final grade consists of: exam ( 30% ), case studies ( 20% ), class activity ( 10% ), student own work ( 40 %).
