Sexual Offences

The purpose of the lecture is to outline the normative grounds for the system of penalties and the system of acting against the perpetrators of sex crimes.

The purpose is to outline the principles of criminal liability of the perpetrators of this type of offences, to provide details of the system of criminal sanctions which are imposed upon such people, to present therapy and rehabilitation programmes and to discuss a general outline of both the issue of sexual deviations and crimes against sexual freedom.
