White-Collar Crimes
Program: Criminal Justice
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with interesting and multifaceted problems of white collar crime. This issue plays a significant role in criminological considerations, beginning with the famous work of E. Sutherland. Over the years, however, the approach to it has evolved and – depending on the specialty of particular scientists – individual authors emphasize different etiological, phenomenological and legal factors of this type of criminal activity.
