Objective: 
Enable students to recognise the opportunities and challenges facing contemporay human resource management.
Encourage an approach which views human resource management as a core element of the overall organisation strategy.

The HRM module provides students with criticla understanding of the theories, principles, historical trends, current issues and practices relevant to human resource managemnt in organisations.
