This course aims to describe and analyze certain aspects of the administrative legal environment of business and administrative procedures. It deals with functions and tasks of public administration (regulatory, supervisory) towards business as well as types and main features of administrative procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

to acquaint students with certain aspects of the administrative legal environment of business.
