Decision making process. The concept of decisions. Legal basis of decisions. Initiative. Drafting of the text. Final decisions \u2013 consensus, voting power, required majority. Entry into force of decisions. Termination of decisions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Character of the decisions. Internal and external rules. Declarations. Conventions. Types of binding decisions. Other instruments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interpretation and settlement of disputes. Means of interpretation. Methods of interpretation. Competence to request interpretation. Competence to solve disputes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
