Objective: <\/strong>
We shall engage with the theory and practice of human rights. Analysing different regimes of human rights protection, we shall discuss conflicts of legal regimes, conflicts of legal interpretations, and problems related to enforcement of human rights in a global and comparative perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim:
Introducing key concepts of human rights
Introducing the international framework of human rights protection
Studying sources of human rights
Discussing challenges to effective human rights protection<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acquired knowledge:
Gaining knowledge of theories of human rights
