The aim of the course is to provide basic knowledge about freedom of speech on two levels: legal-philosophical and legal-dogmatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim:
Basic knowledge about the problems of freedom of speech<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acquired knowledge:
Knowledge of the most important arguments in the debate about freedom of speech.
Knowledge of selected legal regulations on freedom of speech<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acquired skills:
The skill to recognize the acceptable range of speech
The skill to use legal arguments in the issue of freedom of speech<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developed reflection:
Mindfulness on the scope of permissible speech<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assessment: <\/strong>
The final grade consists of: term papers (50%), class activity (50%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
