Objective: 
Employing a comparative method in the field of administrative law and discussing outcomes of it.

The aim:
To employ a comparison method in the field of administrative law.
To present outcomes of employing a comparison method in the field of administrative law.

Broad knowledge regarding protecting individuals against an overarching state.
Broad knowledge rgarding enhancing the competence and accountability of the administration.

Assessment: 
The final grade consists of: term papers ( 25% ), case studies ( 25 % ), class activity ( 25% ), student own work ( 25% ).
